We moved in during the rainy season and quickly realized the backyard was holding water against the patio, which wasn’t something we could ignore. Their team handled the Landscape Services with a regrading plan and installed a French drain system using trenching equipment that kept the lines perfectly sloped, then walked me through a simple maintenance checklist to prevent future clogs. The whole project was completed in three days without tearing up more of the yard than necessary. Since then, even heavy storms drain cleanly and the patio stays dry.
